I only have an idea. Is that enough?
Yes. You don't need a logo or a business plan. If you're still choosing a name, we'll look at domain options with you before anything is built.
What does the 72 hours include?
Your website goes live and your business email is ready to use within 72 hours of us receiving your payment and content. If your content arrives later, the clock starts later. After launch, you get one round of revisions.
Will I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and we bill the registration at cost.
What does business email cost?
Setting it up is part of your Launch Package. The mailbox itself is a small monthly fee, billed directly by the email provider for each address you use.
Can you build an online store or a booking system?
Yes, as custom works. Those projects are scoped and quoted individually after a discovery conversation.
Is custom work a flat rate?
No. The Launch Package is a set price. Custom works are quoted to fit the work you request, so a small project costs less than a big one. Tell us what you need and what you have in mind to spend, and we'll shape the plan to match.
I can't explain exactly what I want. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Tell us what you've dreamed up in your own words, even if it's rough. We'll give you a full, step-by-step plan tailored to your needs, then carry out every step with you.
How long does custom work take?
It depends on what you need. Small projects can take a few days, short builds one to two weeks, and bigger systems a few weeks. Your written plan confirms the timeline before any work begins.
What if I need more than two pages later?
You can add pages at any time, or step up to custom works when your queendom is ready.
How do I pay?
After you send your request, you'll receive an invoice with payment instructions. Work begins once payment is received.
