About these terms

These terms describe how YesQueen, operated by TNT Services & More LLC, works with you. By sending a request or paying an invoice, you agree to them.

Our services

We offer the Launch Package, custom works, and an optional monthly care plan.

• The Launch Package has a one-time setup price of $399. It includes a custom-designed 1–2 page website, your domain registered in your name, business email set up and tested, basic search setup, and one round of revisions after launch.
• Custom works are websites, programs, and business email packages made to order. They are quoted individually and are not a flat rate.
• Optional monthly care covers hosting, updates, and small changes, starting from $25 a month.

Requests, invoices, and payment

After you send a request, we reply with your next steps and an invoice with payment instructions. Work begins once payment is received.

Timelines

For the Launch Package, the 72 hours begin once we have your payment and your content: your business name, your words, your photos, and a logo if you have one. If your content arrives later, the clock starts later. Timelines for custom works are confirmed in your written plan.

Custom works

Every custom project starts with a written plan that sets out the scope, timeline, and milestone pricing, agreed before work begins. Work outside the agreed plan may be quoted separately. You review and approve the design before building starts.

Domains and email

Your domain is registered in your name, and we bill the registration at cost. Business email mailboxes are billed directly by the email provider for each address you use.

Your content

You are responsible for the content you give us, and you confirm that you have the right to use it. If you only have rough notes, we will help shape the words.

Refunds and cancellations

Any refund or cancellation terms for your project are confirmed in your invoice or written plan. If you have questions before paying, please ask us first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
