What we collect
When you send our request form, we collect the details you choose to share:
- Your name and email address
- Where you are with your business or idea, and what you are looking for
- Your timeline, an optional budget, and the description you write
- The language in which you are viewing the site (English or Spanish)
If you hire us, we may also need your business name, content, photos, and logo to do the work.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, prepare quotes and plans, create invoices, and deliver the work you request. We do not sell your personal information.
How your request reaches us
Your request is delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, a third-party form service. If that service is unavailable, the form opens your own email app so you can send the message yourself. In that case, your email provider handles the message.
Services from other companies
To set up your services, we may share the details that are needed with companies such as domain registrars and email providers. Their own privacy policies apply to the information they receive.
Cookies and your browser
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. When you choose a language, your browser saves that choice on your device so the site remembers it. That choice is not sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to deliver and support your services, and as our records require.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We will reply as soon as we can.
